Refund policy
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the limited, collectible, made-to-order, and project-specific nature of many works offered by MURU & CO., returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage collectors and customers to carefully review all available information, including dimensions, materials, edition details, and images, before completing a purchase.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact MURU & CO. promptly after receiving it, providing your order number and relevant details.
LIMITED EDITIONS AND ARTWORKS
Unless otherwise stated for a specific release, sales of signed and numbered limited editions, unique artworks, personalized works, commissioned works, and made-to-order pieces are considered final once production or fulfilment has begun.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and its packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, MURU & CO. may arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider cancellation requests where fulfilment or production has not yet begun. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered production, packing, or dispatch.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other third-party fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by MURU & CO.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
